<span style="font-family: Georgia, Times New Roman, serif;">In timp ce pastele fierb in apa deja sarata, preparati ingredientele pentru garnitura : taiati in 4-6 bucati ouale (longitudinal), la fel si rosia, se adauga tono sfaramitat (nu foarte marunt) si maslinele, apoi taiati ardeii fidelute. Se strecor pastele dupa fierbere si se aseaza intr-un bol, se condimenteaza cu uleiul de masline, apoi se pun ingredientele preparate in afara rosiei si a oualelor. tăiat și prăjiți-l puțin. Apoi adăugați spanacul congelat , acoperiți cu un
capac și prajiți la flacără mică până când spanacul s-a decongelat și e
fierbinte. Condimentați cu sare și piper la sfârșit, adăugați 2 linguri de
brânză și amestecați. Astfel pregătit, spanacul se servește cu paste fierbinți.
